A £200.00 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking, the balance can be made localy by cash (GBP-TL). When you arrive to Kalkan.
Flights are not included in the price
of our properties.

Airport transfers and car hire charges
are not included in the price, however these can be arranged for
you at the time of your booking, payment for this will need to be made
locally to us in cash(Sterling or Turkish Lira) |

Our preferred changeover day
is Monday as most flights to Dalaman are on this day. Other days and
durations may be accommodated but could incur an additional charge. |

Cleaning & Linen Change |
|
| |
Bed linen and towels will be changed twice per week.
The villa/apart will receive a daily
maid service for light cleaning duties and a full cleaning service twice
per week on linen change days.
The fresh water swimming pool will be maintained and
treated on a daily basis (early morning and early evening), the maintenance person will also water garden
areas during their visit. |
